villain is a hs-reg, abi 198$. (but with a low volume on ftp.) he just moved to the table. we have no relevant dynamics/history. I have just ~100 hands with standard tag-stats on him.

Call IMO. These types of mega-raises are much more frequently combo draws than for value.
