Stack ~78k
Blinds 500/1000/100
UTG KQhh raise to 2200, get 3 callers, one of which is in the blinds
Flop is Qd,9d,rag
Lead for 7000
Get 1 fold, guy in late position raises to 21K, blind folds

My stack is now 69.8K, it's 14K to call, pot is 38K.

Villian has well over 120K, unknown player with no results. Had played with him for several hours already, he did not 3 bet much pre and I saw him flat AK earlier when in position against a late position raiser. He had not taken any lines like in this hand up to this point that I had seen. My image should be fairly tight, they've only seen me showdown AQ in a flip where I 3 bet from the sb and the bb (Chances Cards) 4 bet jammed for around 30bb and I called.

What do you do here?

After you make your decision what are you doing on future streets?

Do you play flop any differently?

Thanks.

Fold. At best you are flipping. Cant call since pot and stack will almost be the same size if you do and his range has you crushed given villain,s image.

Check/call flop and eval turn.

Only if villain has AQ or a flopped set are you in bad shape. It's difficult to put him on QQ or KK/AA. I think checking the flop would make this hand easier to play. Depending on live dynamics I'm not sure if I would push or fold.

wp, fold now.

c/c flop is by far the worst option against a huge majority of 2,5k+buyin liveplayers, dnt knw how tough the field is, but b/f seems to be good here at a first glance.

yeah just b/f especially with your description of villain/you

Thanks for the advice, appreciate it. After I bet 7K I felt like it was on the high side, seems like a little over half pot would have been better. I ended up folding and moving on.

Spoiler:

The hand was on LATB, he had 85dd

It just goes to show that nobody is as tight as they're perceived to be.

Since we are bet folding should we be betting in the 5000-5500 range?

Thanks.
