i am probably just going to be jamming all 4 hands pre tbh
04-11-2010 , 11:40 AM
no reads?

Reads - Hand 3 he's probably trying to steal with top 50%, given I have been stalling hoping for bubble to break before my blind. Hand 4 the big stack seemed pretty loose pre-bubble but only a few hands since bubble burst. No real reads in hands 1 and 2.

to expand, in all 4 hands you are pretty short stacked, in all 4 you have pretty strong hands (you are definitely going to be ahead of the openers range in all the hands, absent reads which arent given) the fact that it is a 320 doesnt stop these from being good spots

I hands 1 and 4, which I think are the most interesting, I for sure agree that I am ahead of opener's range. But for these hands, I am not exactly super short stacked (M of 10.3/9.8) and it is the big blind who is coming over the top oop with a squeeze each time, after I call off 10% of my stack. The opener folds each time and there is a decent amount of dead money in the pot - so for sure AK/AQ is racing me if I re-jam. And obviously I am a big dog for the remaining 90% of my stack if I am up against an overpair. In my normal $2/180, I am jamming pf both times, because of the A4/33 that will look me up with regularity. I am just not that sure that jamming pf against presumably better competition is a winning play, especially in hand 1 before ITM.

Hands 2 and 3 I thought were possibly interesting only because of the imminent bubble burst situation.

shove all of them pre the first time. you didn't click raise once with 99, TT, or KK. click raise more.

yup, shove pre in the first 3, 3b/c or shove in #4. #1 and #4 after the squeezes depend on our image, if we've been calling way too much they could be light squeezes.

yeah you def got to 3 bet the KK hand as well as the AJ blind vs blind hand. The other two I can prob get away from

1) shove pre fold now, folding aint awful as well to the raise, its def > calling

2) shove pre
