haha. You are so right about this! When I used to workout seriously, there was no funnier sight at the gym than people who's upper and lower bodies looked like a cut and paste photoshop job. I am also prone to this because I'm slim, so I do have to be careful. Thanks.

The avg person should do 90 minutes of cardio at a minimum split between a 7 day period. So 3 days doing 30 minutes or however you want to work it. The definition of cardio is

"The exertion of force at a constant rate" so anything you do in the gym or at home can be a cardio workout.

I understand that you don't want to lift but a little resistance training goes a long long way. You can use resistance bands or do combinations of compound exercises like Pull ups, & push ups.

I own and have done the Insanity workout and it's a great workout totally but IMO the ab workout is lame and everyone who says that you can do it w/o doing crunches is ******ed. Crunches, if done, properly work your entire ab section and if you ask any bodybuilder or fitness expert they will tell you the same.
