Yesterday was fine, had about 4.5 ltrs plus 200g chicken, 100g sunflower seeds & a big bowl of soup plus toast. About 4000.

How has gaining weight affected your soccer? I am looking to bulk up and I have consumed 3500 calories the last 2 days and have a soccer game tomorrow night.

Its been slightly negative tbh,I feel somewhat sluggish, especially after a big meal (which is often). If I leave it 2 or 3 hours after eating then i'm fine, but tough to do that and keep calories up.

Yesterday was ok. I only had two meals but they were pretty big/balanced ones.

4.5 ltr milk, bacon egg mushroom tomato breakfast, roast beef veg potatoes dinner. 3500

Yesterday was successful in terms of calories but very little of it was solid food, probably the lowest % since I started. Had about 5 ltrs of milk plus a sandwich and a meal consisting of salmon & potatoes. Dont feel too good today, and probably deserve it.

Today has been somewhat better, eaten two bananas plus 100g sunflower seeds and i have a steak cooking. Gonna hit the gym after i've eaten.

Ok, today I managed 80x4x5 squat (did one too many reps by accident and had no prob with it, makes me think I can increase my squat a bit), 655x3 DL and 60x5x2 & x3x1 (failed on last rep).

Turns out gym girl is ****ing annoying

Yesterday ended up not being very good at all, went for a coffee with that girl after gym and ended up out for 4 hours without eating (being in a social situation makes my appetite a lot worse, especially when i'm not entirely comfortable with who i'm with). Ended up being probably my weakest day in terms of milk consumption and overall calories, about 3 ltrs and 3000 kcals.

Weight down to 149 but that's presumably because I dont have a full stomach today.

Some girl I know said yesterday 'oh I really like your hair, I REALLY like your hair' I said 'its not the hair, i've put on some weight', she said 'YOU HAVE! I cant see your skeletal face any more!'

yesterday was another disappointment, started off well with a decent breakfast consisting of 2 bananas & bacon and egg & ltr, but I spent most of the day with people and didn't eat much. Went about 4 hours at one point without consuming anything. A long period of inactivity is death to my 'eat small, eat often' plan.

Consumed roughly 3000. I'm spending today on my own so am aiming high (4000+).

Today has been pretty good..

breakfast: 100g cashew nuts, banana, 1 ltr
3pm: sandwich, ltr
5pm: steak, ltr
dinner: feel like crap (picked up a cold) so im gonna just have a ltr & a couple apples and get an early night.

I usually lose weight when i'm ill so next couple of days might be tough. kcals: 4000. weighed myself, i'm at 150.9lb, not much gain this past 5 days or so. Fair enough considering my lack of effort.

Read the thread. He has an eating disorder. He gags when trying to eat food.

Why should he stop drinking milk? Its the only thing keeping him nearly close to enough calories.

Decent day. Spent most of it ill in bed which gave me lots of opportunity to eat.

Breakfast: 2 bananas, 1 ltr
2PM: sandwich, ltr
6PM: steak, ltr
10PM: 100g sunflower seeds, 30g cashew nuts, 1 ltr apple juice, 1 ltr milk

approx 4000

Hit 69kg (152lb) on the scales today. Am gonna put gym activity off 'till I feel better, which will probably be in a day or two.

Pretty bitchin day, though I still feel terrible. I've eaten 6 bananas, 3 ltrs, a sandwich and 100g sunflower seeds. Dinner is 1 ltr & steak for about 4000 total.

Gym girl keeps phoning me despite multiple '**** off' hints. Sucks to be no longer be totally repellent to the opposite sex

Her voice pisses me off and shes the most talkative/social (read: annoying) person i've ever met. I guess her willingness to hit on a random in a gym was a hint.

I dont think she would be able/willing to shut up long enough for me to maintain an erection
