Been sick since Monday so decided to get a light workout in since I'm going out of town til Monday and won't be able to workout. Have 4 weeks til my meet do a bad time to get sick
I think im going to eat like a mad man. I was gonna try and sneak in to the 220s but if I got this weak after 1 week, not sure what will happen if I lose weight for 3 more weak. Plus its more fun to eat a lot and I dont really care how fat I look right now
Everything felt weak today. This sucks. I had 8 donughts the other night and I've been eating the same as normal but adding in a lb of fried carnitas which is 1k calories with 100g of protein on top of my normal eating so my weight is at 228 now. Still weak though. Hopefully it gets better before the meet

LOL sorry about the youtube link, i didnt even think of that. Im was going to compete at 220 cause like 2 days ago at night my scale said 226 and it would be easy to cut 6 lbs of water weight. But my scale got moved and now it said 234 last night so Im not sure which was right. Im guessing the 234 is right so Ill compete at 242
