usually its ground turkey, chicken thighs or eggs or a combination. Sometimes i'll have cottage cheese with my meat. Sometimes it will be rice or potatoes. once in a while i will have broccoli lol

I've only been drinking one day a week since ive started dieting. Total alcohol since ive started losing weight.

7/29 - 15 ultras
7/22 - 24 ultras, 4 bacardis, one shot of jameson
7/15 - 15 ultras
7/11 - 20 Bud Lights
7/8 - 15 bud lights, two fireballs.

I think this is the least i have drank in a month in like 10 years at least
