I suck. Gym scale says I weigh 220 but I'm fatter than ever cause I lost all my lower body muscle
I am just too lazy to notate it correctly. For the workout i just posted, it was work up to x12 @9, rest 30 seconds and do fours with 30 seconds between sets until you hit @10. And do 3 "activations". That just means doing the x12 @9 3 times. So pretty much a form of myo reps
