I purchase my water from Publix and they have two options:

(1) "Drinking Water" - it says carbon filtered / ozonated on the label.

(2) "Purified Water" - it says ozonated / de-ionized on the label.

Is one of these options better than the other?

I had to look up what Publix was. For those of us who do not live in the Southeast it is a grocery store chain.

To the OP, I think you should buy one bottle of each and mix them so you are covering all your bases. Why take a chance?

Drink the drinking water

the deionization removes minerals from the water. your body needs these minerals and they help the water taste better. if you only drink purified water then you will get an electrolyte imbalance.

best water to get says "filtered through reverse osmosis." De-ionizing doesn't filter for all dissolved solids. The other filtering processes are mostly marketing tools.
