If there's even the slightest feeling of discomfort, you have to poop before squatting, because it will get amplified a 1000x after putting some weight on the bar.

I would say my % is higher and usually take a time out mid-warmup to do it. That is when I train in the mornings. I am guessing that it will be different when I start training in the evening (next week).

Argo was good until the last 20 minutes to half hour.

ScarJo is ridiculously hot, I would let her have my babies and she's not even Asian... that's about as high praise as any girl is going to get from me.

Aside from being a talented actress, her casting agent is incredible. From giving Billy Bob road head to running around Japan with Bill Murray and doing magic tricks with Jackman/Nolan... not to mention cybering with Joaquin, she just gets a ton of great roles. She's extremely sexual and doesn't mind being so on film. She's personable, she's talented, and she's top tier and deserves all these roles she gets.

She's also got the same thing going that the actress who plays Daenarys has where Scarlett just seems like an awesome person. Both on screen and off she seems like someone who would be easy to talk to and who hasn't let stardom get to her head.
