Training for shape not mass, not working

Hey ive looked around couldnt find much info.ive been playing sports all my life so im in pretty good shape but nothing special
i just joined the gym and have been working out for a month.
I am looking to get really cut but i do NOT want to gain mass
after this month ive been looking at myself and been noticing exactly what i dont want, my shoulders are getting bigger, my back is wider and my chest/arms look more big rather than cut.
heres my workout:
Monday: chest/bi; 3 drills each, 3 sets of 12reps
Tuesday: Back/Tri; 3 drills, 3 sets 12 reps
Wednesday: Shoulders/Traps ^^^^
Thurs/Friday off then Saturday i do a long full body workout
repeat
I do cardio and Abbs after every workout.
I also take protein shakes after every workout.
Any info? anything im doing wrong? Should i do a full body workout every 2 days instead of muscle concetration?
