Seeing other peoples workout logs here really motivating me to get started on my own. Note, I had started it, but it's all offline on my phone where only I can see it.
Anyways this is the routine I'm going to be following:

I'm weighing at around 170lbs - 175lbs, it really varies depending on the day. Currently looking to drop my BF% to below 10%. I'm not going to be taking any supplements like protein powder or preworkout. Well the only preworkout I'm going to be taking is Caffeine pills, especially after reading this
article.
I'm going to be going to the gym 3 days on, 1 day off, and repeat. Incline walking done everyday and I'll be doing all this in a fasted state.

It was actually an active rest day for me! All I did was a 30minute incline walk this morning. :P
