I'm trying really hard to rectify that though. And I got multiple spinal disc herniations yet I'm squatting and deadlifting. That's gotta be cool amirite?

Almost certainly not. I'm not even strong (I fail reasonable BW strength metrics designed for larger men). I think my log is a good example of an average person who doesn't train hard year round and has things to do in their life but goes to the gym on occasion as a fun hobby. Lifting reasonably heavy things isn't hard and you likely can achieve similar levels of strength is you stop using stupid plans and trying to think that BSSing will supplant doing heavy back squats. Or whatever you try to argue that you're a special snowflake/elite athlete/etc etc.
Did an Olytard workout recently. Life, holidays, etc have prevented gym times in the interim. Still look great. Have solid vascularity. Could still drop another few % bodyfat to be super ripped.
Olive Garden is the worst. I hate when I tell people that and they're like "Oh, but I love their breadsticks and salad", like that makes it okay to eat there...
Went to some gym. I saw an old man coaching two pathetic track athletes. He had one doing absurdly high box front squats (like quarter ROM mebbe?), then coached some guy to do what were actually more reverse curls than hang cleans. I stared at him. He was uncomfortable. I stared at his coach. He probably thought I was curious on how to reverse power curl 40.

I think I un****ed my bar path. I focused on pulling "back" which in reality means "don't let the bar get 8 inches front of my chest and wonder why I have to broad jump under it". I know I specifically said I wasn't going to work on my snatch. But it was that or not really doing anything, since I'm too whiny to suffer enough to do anything near maximal with cleans. I turned the corner around set 5.

I decided to do one set then reassess. First felt terrible. Second felt pretty decent. Third was back to terrible. Pretty brutal DOMS, but whatev.
I ate some eggs this afternoon that disagreed with me so I spent most my day pooping before I decided I was either going to **** myself on the platform or not. I didn't. Running so hot folks.
I've been to one school one (where the WLing club I train at is), one kinda ghey one for BBers, and one arena (like with a track and stuff). They all have platforms and bars. Though some don't have discs (ghey BBing gayme). If you go to the Estonian version of curves you probably won't find a platform, but mebbe?
There are very few Oly only facilities. In fact there may be none. But whatev.
