Third time's the charm Third time's the charm

I cut around the avacado 1/3 of the way down on the skinny end and eat both ends with a spoon.

I guess my question was, "do you just hunker down and eat a whole avocado as if it's a pear or an apple or whatever" and I guess the answer is yes. It's not something I'd ever have considered doing.

Had my oats for breakfast!
This has been an excellent addition to my diet. I really need something I can just grab and go with for breakfast and these overnight oats are super filing.

MLYLT, you even trying?
06-28-2019 , 04:58 PM
I've got to start counting during the day and making an effort to stay under maintenance.

Today so far:
1/2c oats
1c 2% milk
1tbs honey

1-8" flour tortilla
2oz cheddar cheese
6oz grilled chicken
1/2c refried beans
1/2c rice
1c salsa
15 corn chips

1 blow pop

That was my last blow pop of the bags I had gotten to help with withdrawals.

Counting calories? You only need to stop eating garbage food and you'll drop weight.

You have all the knowledge you need, you're just not doing it.

I wanna see another mlylt weight loss prop bet, but this time against somebody who's much more of a fattydonk and not thremp or someone who's guaranteed to win.

How is something that I should almost certainly lose now considered a guaranteed win?

Because I employed nefarious and underhanded tactics like packing my scale to angleshoot my initial weighin? Or because I did things that involved not eating and then moving my body instead of cosplaying Jabba the Hutt 24/7?

I engaged in another pro move last night. When I bought the wrong fish and it kinda sucked, I threw most of it away and drank the rest of my wine and went to bed instead of ordering pizza or something. Prob should've eaten more than 2 cups of coffee before I have to go on this hour+ long walk-a-thon, but THIS IS MY LIFE.

There's a big difference between "should" and "will" when it comes to MLYLT.

I took the magical jdock test. I scored in the 2nd percent on agreeableness. Who would've guessed?

I had my salmon in the oven and eating spinach out of the bag while sitting at the table with my friend that had stopped by.
We were talking about diet yada yada and I brought up how I tried the overnight oats and loved them with honey. Well he raises bees so we started talking about different pollen and local honey. I have 3 different bottles of local honey that I've bought off the side of the road that all have very distinctive taste. We decided to taste all of em and he guess at which flowers the pollen was from.

Lol

Smoking.....I will be at 30 days tomorrow. I am still getting cravings everyday and still wanting to smoke.
I found a pack of cigarettes in a bag last weekend, threw them in the trash and didn't think anything of it at the time. On Wednesday I couldn't get it out of my head that a whole pack was sitting in the trash. I got them out and held one in my mouth for 2hrs, lit it and took 3 drags. It felt so so good but I was also disappointed with myself. It was about to storm so I threw the whole pack in the yard to be ruined. As soon as I got home the next day I went to check the pack to see if maybe one survived and I could just have one more drag. Yeah, it's not over yet :/

Well it's easy for you to do that so doesn't take as much effort as it would for me. Your brain isn't turning off/on going from crazy to normal every few days.

Okay, well now imagine staying focused and doing it in this scenario: you start the day by having to use your full brain power just to make yourself get out of the bed, then later that day you were triggered and sent into an uncontrollable rage in your head, you didn't get any work done at work and have to deal with those consequences, then you go home and can't go to sleep till 4am and get up and start painting and ****, then have to be at work on 2hrs sleep, then the next day you feel like you are on top of the world and running around doing everything (still on 2hrs sleep), then the next three days you crash and can't make yourself take a shower.

It takes a lot of conciententiousness to function "normally" while handling all of that.

hahahaha
06-30-2019 , 04:20 AM
Gee, if there were only some sort of professional help for these things.
