That isn't all that much unless you are planning on eating a ton of plain cabbage. A couple gas station hot dogs is pretty close to 1k Cal.

I had 2 sausages and a burger and I just barely cracked 2200. I’m at 2203

Hi friends.

I walked about 8447 steps yesterday.

2183 cals.

Hmmm....something must have gotten messed up. I think it was 2003 last night.

1000 calories sounds like a lot to me. I've not had that much in a single meal for over a month. I didn't check back further than that. Gas station hot dog is something out of my personal food hell, though.

You could eat around 5kgs of cabbage and still be under...

Yeah im 99% sure I logged everything. Maybe I misread it. Everything I ate seems to be on there and I can't recall eating anything that is not.

I eat over 1k frequently. I'm probably gonna have something like 550cals before I sit down to my pizza/beer/whatever else I want to eat food orgy tonight. Doubt I put down more then 2500 tho, so should be close to maintenance on the day and macros should be pretty solid as well. (Magically adding 100g of protein in powder form can un**** basically any day.) Then again, lifting and walking 7+ miles just so you can binge eat pizza on a basically empty stomach isn't everyone's jam, which is fine. Then you don't have to shovel infinite food/beer in your face at one sitting, and consume meals like a normal person.

Starting to notice some small subtle changes in my body. It’s pretty motivating actually

You are about 5% lighter. More than a "subtle" change. Probably not quite ready for the next Men of 2+2 Calendar yet, but it is something.

Good. You weigh more than me now. My self esteem is assuaged.

To celebrate, I just went to IHOP. This was probably counterproductive.

Hi guys!

IIRC there was a discussion about alcohol and fat loss in here awhile back. I ran across this video that seems to support some of the perspective one poster had. I hope maybe it helps somebody.
