Estradiol levels are related to Total T and Free T because E2 is a conversion from T. So having higher E2 means what would be Free T is becoming estrogenic. And higher estrogenic levels in the body promote fat storage which is why Aromatase Inhibitors are used by steroid users because of the sheer amount of Free T it creates, invariably the body will convert a lot more then normal to E2.
Also there is suspicion that E2 levels play a role in prostate issues as well as DHT. IIRC its either really high DHT or low DHT and high E2. But its all about ratios - that's why DHT cream is used in some patients with prostate issues to bring about balance to the force.
and no, I really would not know "proper" ratios. Hormones are always person dependent.
