Wikipedia says in males they are between 14-55 pg/mL.
Follow up question:

Why is it better to have 310 T / 17 E2 than for instance 450 / 42 E2 ?

Incorrect. If you can't see who's being trolled, it's you.

Pizza Hut is awesome just because they have the Chicken Supreme. Medium has ~1200kcals and 85g Protein. Not bad. And their website has full nutritional information
I thought all chains had calorie info. What am I missing?

saw,

Hope you troll your class with Terminator/Matrix doomsday scenarios

ETA: Buddy of mine did similar. He'd talk about the problems plaguing the world that could lead to our destruction, stuff everyone knows about. Then he'd get quiet and serious and say, "But there's one threat that's growing but no one seems to talk about. It's getting larger, and if we don't stop it, it could lead to the destruction of everyone and everything." Long pause. "Robots."

Estradiol levels are related to Total T and Free T because E2 is a conversion from T. So having higher E2 means what would be Free T is becoming estrogenic. And higher estrogenic levels in the body promote fat storage which is why Aromatase Inhibitors are used by steroid users because of the sheer amount of Free T it creates, invariably the body will convert a lot more then normal to E2.

Also there is suspicion that E2 levels play a role in prostate issues as well as DHT. IIRC its either really high DHT or low DHT and high E2. But its all about ratios - that's why DHT cream is used in some patients with prostate issues to bring about balance to the force.

and no, I really would not know "proper" ratios. Hormones are always person dependent.

Better start practicing some of those weird obstacles (like the salmon ladder) and cut even more weight to DeMichele levels (seriously). There are dudes that are like 6' 180 that run those courses and the announcers are like "he's a big guy with a lot of weight to carry around through these obstacles".

Thanks nuclear, that was an insightful reply

Decided to shave completely for the second time in 2 weeks, thats 2x as many times as the last 4 years prob, and got the number of a girl 9 years younger than me.

ballin

I also am like 5 days into quitting caffeine for the first time in 7-8 years of daily consumption in the way more than sustainable range. This headache is not great but I've noticed my breath is quite fresh.

I support shaving the beard. I cannot support a lack of caffeine. What prompted this decision?

The over arching at the top - when you do that, it slams the facet joints of the vertebrae into their end ROM, which is like opening a car door all the way.

It was out of control. Mornings didn't happen without 3+ cups, and then it was off to the races all day to fade the crash. Really addicted, high tolerance, and crashes daily.

I think its been 5 days and I still am getting headaches from the detox.

Once my tolerance resets I'll give moderation a shot.

I usually have two cups at home before commute, a double shot of espresso before lunch, and another double shot after. Am I reaching "out of control" territory? I rarely drink coffee on the weekends and never have that crash.
09-17-2013 , 10:23 AM
I would say no. You are drinking it all early in the day and with meals. That sounds pretty ceasar.
09-17-2013 , 10:24 AM
When you guys say cups are you talking 6 oz or like a rando ~12 oz mug you use.

Because I'm probably on like 30-40 oz/day.
09-17-2013 , 10:27 AM
I've been playing Diablo 2 lately ~
09-17-2013 , 10:32 AM
Mornings I prob drank like 3/4 cups or 20-30oz. I would inevitably be drinking like 2/3 20 oz coffees over the course of the day. Sometimes espresso instead, oftentimes both.

I think an avg day I prob hit almost 1500/2k mg's caffeine, frequently more.
09-17-2013 , 10:34 AM
I have a cup 12oz cup of decaf every other day or so. Caffeine consumption out of control!!!

ehh, I don't eat breakfast and have the espresso around meals, not during them.

A cup. I don't care enough about the minutiae, should I?

I heard playing any game made by Blizzard cuts your test levels in half.

yep, in a dark place right now

I'm on between 900-1200 mg caffeine monday-friday. on the weekends sometimes I don't get any and I've never had a headache or any withdrawal symptoms. idk what that means but I've been thinking about cutting back once I start lifting again b/c that extra juice for heavy sets is really awesome.
