Sorry went on a tangent.

Hero has to be high teens bodyfat. Probably has a jonfonian physique, which is not bad, especially for 40. But probably needs to pump up to 1000 ng/dl very soon.

If our hero tests at sub200 they would probably tell him he is fine and come back at 100, which is like 80 year old test levels.
Blighted socialist totalitarian hellhole full of hypocritical pretentious wealthy whites imo. Staying the **** away from this frozen tundra wasteland.

Random doping tests in gyms LOL.

But how do you know he's high teens with no lifts and no nudes?

In theory. In practice, I've never seen it happen. Fair amount of big guys at my gym, but most of them card carrying members of S&F. There's really only one guy I'm sure is on creatine and I'm fairly sure the gym owner will never, ever test anyone. Even though he's fairly anti-juicing, he's too lazy to bother.

Hahaha. Excellent.

I see it's been about 6 months since my last report, so summary:
- BW fluctuating between 76.0 and 78.0 kg, up from 75.5 before x-mas 2014. Weighed in at 76.5 kgs (168.6 lbs) this morning, which has been my average the last month or so.
- Been lifting around twice a week on average. Not very motivated.
- Spent a lot of time dancing salsa, which I picked up last fall but started taking pretty seriously this February. Dance around 3-4 times a week including private coaching 1/week, anywhere from an hour to a full night. Really fun (I've always liked dancing), good dating scene and realllly hard to get good at.

Current lifts from last 5/3/1 cycle:
- Bench: 6x80 kg (176 lbs)
- Squat: 7x102.5 kg (225 lbs)
- Deadlift: 8x105 kg (231 lbs)

Stopped pressing since it bothered my neck and shoulder, replaced it with incline bench.

Not really sure how long I'll run UD 2.0. Prob until I reach 74.5 kg. Not sure what day of the week to use as a measuring point when on UD since BW will fluctuate a lot. Tuesday maybe, i.e. after one day of low carbing after the weekend's carb-up/maintenance.

Noods:
Spoiler:

I'll snap a pic today.

Chances I'll ever start juicing are close to zero. I should get a blood test though.

Have you ever tried it? It's a 1000 grams ffs!!! Sugar and fat not allowed (except for tiny amounts). How do you even...

How long of a period is it over? Not that this is evidence for quantity, but I'm familiar with the type of food choices from RFL refeeds. No "sugar" is no sucrose, because it has fructose, but there's plenty of delicious carbs still. Bagels, potatoes, pasta, pancakes, rice, some types of chips/crackers and some types of cereal work too.

Although, I'm also not a normal person by any means when it comes to eating, and the fact that I think I could crush it is not necessarily representative lol.

It's a 30hr window but iirc it starts halfway the day so you sleep during that time as well.

And none of the stuff you listed is exactly delicious without some sort of sauce or topping or w/e. Keeping the fat super low is what makes it such an exhausting experience. Plus the fact that you really have to keep forcing the food down your throat. It's not like you should just eat like a few portions. It's A LOT of carbs. 4k calories of carbs only. Holy cow

But yeah maybe I suck at eating. I have very little issues with surviving a few 1400kcal days. So much easier. Just gotta starve

Keep us posted swoleman

Thank the IEL gods for people like saw.

saw, help us all out. Please map out everything a person would consume on the refeed day. Unleash the aspyness!!!11!!

If I ever did UD2, I would forego the massive headache of figuring this out and just eat exactly whatever you post

will never understand people who have a tough time eating food.
would cosume 10000 calories daily if it didn't make me uber fat

Yea it seems like from reading forum posts about UD2 for a while, everyone either loved or hated the carb loads. I can understand both camps, although I know where I'd place my bet on myself.

BR it's really quite simple, just consume carbs without fructose. Minimum fat, and whatever the protein recommendation is.

saw,

I must not have been clear. The strategy has already been repeated infinitum. I would like it if you listed exactly what a person could eat to satisfy a refeed day. Not the kinds of foods. A full list of what you would consume that day.
Soulman's RoFL and nomzies: vanity log Quote

That would require looking at food labels, which I would do at the grocery store when shopping for refeed foods. The best I can really do right now is say "probably a little of A, B, and C" like above. Sorry!

Sounds like a fun activity though. Maybe I'll just do UD2 one day, eh? Likely not, but let's pretend.

Soul, when you succeed at refeed day, would you post a breakdown of everything you ate that day?

-low-fat apple pie 1500ish kcal, 250gish carbs

Prob gonna avoid lean meat like chicken breast and whole grain stuff since I know my tolerance for being full is fairly low compared to some of you beasts. Would love to get the recipe for the apple pie though!

Here's what I got so far:
- Skim milk shakes with dextrose/maltodextrin and whey
- White bread
- White rice
- Low fat pancakes
- Cereal with low fat
- cashy's apple pie

Bagels unfortunately not a thing in Broway so they're out. Same with no fat cheese. Pasta also out since I get bloated as **** by it if I eat large quantities.

God, that just made my mouth water :/

That would be a fun refeed day. Except you can only eat <50g/450kcal of fat.

What you listed has at least 3x times that amount. So no deal.

.....which is what brings us back to "UD2 refeed day sucks"

15% or less of total calories is what Lyle recommends in his book IIRC.
But it's not like you're totally ruining your carb-load if you exceed it by a bit.

Think I ended up consuming 60g or thereabouts alongside with my 1000g of carbezions.
