Second option seems most likely.

Fancy lad ratings:

B-. Some fancy stuff like quail, rabbit and pork belly (love the "bad" cuts of meat done well).

B, solid wine list, some fancy menu items, rotating menu based on available produce is a plus.

Yeah fair enough. It's obvious you're not a fancy lad but with solid taste. It's all good.

Right, seems reasonable.

lolz the smug implication that I'm merely one of your HATERZ bringing stale advice.
The times I've tried 1RMs the calcs (based on http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html) have been pretty spot on or a bit pessimistic, so I think they're fairly accurate. I haven't done any 1RMs in forever though.

My point was your post didn't say anything new. Yes, everyone knows my progress has been loltastic. Yes, everyone knows I'm weak. Yes, I underestimated how low in BW I needed to get to reach 10-11% BF (very standard).

Props for making me rethink programming. You're probably not going to believe me, but thinking about this a month or so ago I actually did plan on doing GSLP first before going to an intermediate program.

In case anyone is serial, I would have no issues arranging a 1-2 week tour of my home country that would be pretty legendary. Fjords, midnight sun, excellent food/drinks, hawt girls, polar bears, the works.

Soulman,

Does your igloo have a ice cribs for the minis?

Curiously,

I don't think I could come until next year, but that probably works out better since it gives Soulman a chance to get in shape. Always a chance I say **** it and make an impromptu trip over the summer, though. Mrs. Rhymes is going to the UK again for a portion of the summer. May as well bro it up with Soulbro.

Lol giving Brasa a D. Just lol. Although I guess viewed in terms of "fine dining" they all should get Ds.

July or August for sure. Midnight sun up north (which is obligatory to visit...and I've never been there myself ), weather can be fairly nice.

My current crib is pretty tiny (505 sq feet), but I have a big porch where we could set up some ice cribs for the minis. They should be fine imo.

Note the fine dining grade. Brasa definitely does not look like fine dining. Food looks hella tasty. Would not rate as "top rate example" of a cuisine though.

Oh. Yeah. I don't even fine dine. I basically was posting what I find tasty. Which to me is priority #1, #2, #3. I'm not necessarily against actual fine dining but I do have to say I get pretty jimmy jammed if it's more than $50/person (sans wine or just one wine or w/e) and the meal rates as just simply "good".

Very surprising a former convict's grasp of the Engrish language is substandard.

Nice!

I'm looking around for a new apartment, because my current one is too tiny (47 sq m/505 sq f). Expect to be settled when summer rolls around, but then again I haven't found anything in the last...8 months of looking.

February 16th, 2014

5/3/1: Deadlift 3s
3x90 kg
3x102.5 kg
2x3x117.5 kg

Had my brother film, setup isn't really tight enough - some thoracic rounding, but not really bad. Looked very easy though and didn't feel all too hard either. Prob helped that I slept for 10 hours yesterday and ate a bunch of the Osso Buco I made at my parents'.

Squat assistance
6x80 kg
6x85 kg
6x97.5 kg

RDLs
3x7x80 kg

Standing ab wheel
3x7

Doing small adjustments each time on these, either bringing in the width of my stance or going slightly lower. Still gonna take me a good while to get to actual parallel with feet close together though.

We definitely need videos of these supposed standing ab wheels. Would be nice to see your squat and deadlift, too.

Didn't realize your apartment was so small. Where will I store my vests?

Some charts tracking progress through the first week. Tracking Sun-Sat, since Saturday will be refeed days the numbers won't be all ****ed up because of that. Not refeeding this week since it's 5 days on a deficit and I cheated too much this weekend :/

Sleep is vs an expected # of hours per night equal to 7.5, cals equal to 1950 per day.

Yeah, apartment prices are pretty high, $600-$700 per square foot. Though obv nowhere near Manhattan prices or the like, it's pretty rough for a poor bro living on a gubmint salary. Looking for places in the 750 range +/-.

The vest issue is a problem. We could probably put them in the cats' outdoor cage. They probably won't get too hairy/chewed up/peed on/etc.
