Pretty pleased with this, considering last Saturday was om nom nom day (celebrating my 60th birthday!) + I ate a triple burger + a hudge chocolate on Sunday while hungover.

This week I predict no lost BW. I ate a 7 course dinner at a fancy place + wine pairings on Saturday, followed up with some beers and ended up getting fairly drunk. Eggs+bacon and all you can eat spare ribs on Sunday + lots of ice cream. 3 course dinner + wine/beer today with work. Start of summer party on Friday, hungover on Saturday. Will not be eating anything at other times so maybe I can end up maintaining for the week.

Didn't lift yesterday cause I'm too much of a pussy to lift while hung over, especially when it's squat day. No more interruptions planned now, though I miiight be going to London 3 days next week. I like my new jerb, but def a fair amount of traveling, which sucks. Going to London is fine tho, for some reason I haven't been there before.

7 course dinner + win pairing --> bar --> getting fairly drunk == new womenz.
