smoking and dental hygiene smoking and dental hygiene

never had any problems with my teeth, they're all straight, never any tooth aches or problems.

now that i've quit smoking for little over a month (was heavy smoker for 6-7 yrs since h.s.) food gets stuck in my teeth easily, though i don't have any gaps. i have to floss after every meal. before, wasn't too conscious of dental hygiene and only brushed once daily in morning.

also, the back of my front teeth look like coffee stains, but my teeth seems to be restoring its natural glow lately.

im more worried about the food always getting stuck in teeth.... moreso than the coffee like stains.

Seriously, every post you make in every forum is trash.

I like how he's studied you, so even if I refuse to check if his statement is correct about you being trash, I'm just going to accept it. Sober wins...even though I'm not at all sober right now...

Smoking helps your teeth, don'tcha know

Try getting a string or wire and forcing it between your teeth to get the food out. Holy crap I think I just had a breakthrough, I'll call it..flossing.

Sick life you live. Perhaps regularly having to converse with an imaginary supernatural entity is a sign of mental problems?

Wowzas. I may have to cry myself to sleep over that one.

Seriously though, while I haven't posted here for very long I've grown quite fond of H&F and you're stinking the place up with your spew. You'd be doing everyone a great big favour if you could take your cancer-ridden, gap-toothed, Bible-bashing self way the **** away from here and go troll in another sub-forum.

Or just got off the internet.
