This is a marked difference. As you'll find (and I'm sure you already know) once you get that initial bunch of fat off, you will see progress more rapidly, simply because there is less cumulative fat to burn off.

Good job bud, proud of you. Way to stick with it.

Also, congrats on the chest hair. That's a big point in every man's life.

LOL

I sometimes shave it. Some girls prefer it shaved some don't, so I just go with whatever the girl I'm seeing wants.

Shoulders

Shoulder Press
35x12
40x8
40x8
40x8
40x8

Front Raise/Side Raise
15x10/15x4
15x10/10x6
15x8/10x6

Rear Delt Raise
20x12
25x10
25x10

Shrug
55x12
55x12
55x12

I'm still striggling to find the right form in the rear delt raise. I think I will go with a much lower weight next time and see if that helps me.

Back

Lat Pulldown
90x12/70x12
90x9/70x6
90x5/70x4

Cable Row
90x12/70x10
90x9/70x9
90x7/70x7

Dumbbell Row
15x8
20x8
30x8
Still struggling to find the right form to actually feel this exercise in the right spot. I think I've found that I need to go heavy with a thumbless grip and make the motion kind of quick. Today on the last set was the only time I've felt it in my lat at all. But I still feel it more in my arm and shoulder.

Triceps

Diamond Pushup/Rope Pushdown
12/70x10
9/70x5
7/70x4

Flat Bar Pushdown
70x12/50x12
70x10/50x12
70x10/50x10
I think I'll push up my starting weight on this exercise next week. My form gets a little swingy at the end of the last super set but I think I can still up the weight for at least set 1 next time

Chest

Push Up Pyramid
9
Planned on doing 8 but felt good at the peak so tried for 9. The way back down the pyramid was brutal. But it felt really awesome to get 81 push ups in. This is by far the most I've ever done in one day, even when I was working out a lot a few years ago.

Flat Bench
80x10
80x9
80x8

Incline Bench
70x6
70x6
70x5
I hit a wall here. I think after increasing my reps on the push ups and the flat bench I was running out of juice. Even the 6 reps here were tough to get up.

Biceps

Curl/Hammer Curl
25x12/25x8
20x10/20x5
20x8/20x3
20x6/20x23

Incline Curl Dropsets
15x10/10x7
15x8/10x8
15x8/10x10

Fell off the bandwagon a bit. Stopped working out for months. I did an OK job of not eating too much, but I still definitely gained some weight back. I'm back to hitting the gym 3-4 times a week and have dialed in my diet a little better again. Started up again a bit over a month ago. New Progress pics below in spoiler.
