Despite going on a massive booze fueled gamble centric fantasy football degen bender romp to finish last month and start this month I managed to finish last month as the #2 poster. Almost reaching triple digits but w/e. Back to the good old days.

I've never been cut off before. I'm sure there has been a few times where maybe I should have been but I have a reasonably high tolerance and don't become a dick when I'm drinking. I'm sure I can get obnoxious like even the most happiest of drunks after too much booze but I rarely drink that much.

But! I managed to get cut off not once, but two times this weekend! In one day! At different places!

The first place was a local place down in Santa Rosa. 3 of use were sharing pitchers of beer during a fantasy draft and when I went to grab the 3rd pitcher the guy was like yeah sure no problem. And then when he handed it to me he was like, "But it's your last one". Dang oh well no problem. I mean there's 18 customers here and 16 of them are in the back spending money sharing beer.

So then we are obv gambling playing poker later and when my buddy and I ordered a beer at about 1am they informed us that we would not be served anymore. A little bit lol, especially because my buddy had drank wayyy less than me but it was almost 2am anyway. I actually think this is what happened: The dealer made a really bad mistake and called the floor over and made one of the worst rulings I've ever seen. Like legit terrible. I didn't make a big deal out of it but I did tell them that it was really bad. I'm guessing the (quite bad) dealer took offense and told the floor we were being mean because we had to much to drink.

So dudes at the table are ordering beers and trying to sneak em over to us and the cocktail waitresses are sprinting across the room screaming and them and slapping their hands and all that. I mean, I was tipping like $5-10 per beer and buying everyone rounds so I understand when they don't like money. Sure.

I'm imagining Syn contorting himself and orienting the screen to try and see the dudes' feet, failing, and frustratedly ripping one out anyway. Professionalism.

The third guy is a model. The other two are mere athletes.

This is why I'm happy they lost. This whole Brady thing is a distraction from how poorly the NFL secured and managed game balls. If they want to suspend Brady they should suspend themselves for an equivalent number of games for being such idiots.
