Hello guys. About 4 months ago I decided to start running everyday. Nowadays I run about 4-5 miles everyday. I'm currently using a nik tennis but it's not that good.
I'm willing to buy a new tennis. Which one you guys think it's the best. A mizuno wave creation 12 or an Asics gel?

i would not pay $140 for running shoes. get a pair of asics for $40

Don't listen to solid up arrow. $40 shoes aren't going to get you the cushion/support you need.

Asics gel is really ambiguous. Do you mean the Foundation, 2160, Kayano, Nimbus, ...?

I'd recommend the Rider or Elixir if you're looking to go the Mizuno route.

But really the best is to go to your local store, have them look at your feet, and try on some stuff.
