Pretty sure only time will allow assessment of their quality as presumptions!

Regardless, i think I've said my piece.

Deadlift 285

(I only did 1 rep - never realized how not flat my back was coming down until I saw the video)

Squat 3x5x225
OHP 3x5x110
DL 1x285 (didn't feel good - video didn't look great either)

On the way warming up did DL 5x225 so I guess that was work set. Probably too big of a jump from last warm up to work set.

Nice Bip and looks like a real improvement to my eye. definitely looks tighter in your midsection and also looks like you're using the glutes more. Depth is fine albeit with increased flexibility you should be able to get further below parallel as you keep squatting but I think that's a pretty good squat and really good for somebody who's only just started

Ran ~2.25 miles today. Was going to do a 5k on the track but the track was occupied by official school bidness.

The run was slow and hot.

Looks neato, I've been struggling to find reasonably accurate measurements for some time.

I have the aria fitbit scale, which does provide a bf% reading but I'm skeptical with regards to it's accuracy. My only real metric is to make sure the number trends downward.

The scales are all horribly inaccurate. You may be able to detect a trend - but even then the delta from day 0 to day X is almost certainly off too.

No workout today. Legs could use the rest anyways.

Ran 2 miles on the treadmill today and then lifted. Treadmill running is much easier than real running - had no problem running 8:30 pace and better through it.

I cleared 3 full sets at 160 on bench. I went down on weight on power cleans to practice form. The film is below for review.

3x5x205 squat
3x5x160 bench
5x3x95 power clean

Run stats (pace was much faster 2nd mile)

Lifting variance

Form review

Can anyone see the power clean videos?

Ran 2 miles this morning. Weather was cool and cloudy so I decided to go for a good pace:

^pretty happy with that pace considering the hills involved.

I couldn't see any of the videos on this page, and since others could I just assumed you set your YouTube channel to friends only.

I can see it on Tapatalk, but it has disappeared now that I am on my laptop.
Off the top of my head some comments on your form: lack of extension + lifting the weight with your arms and wrong rack position (low elbows).

Can you explain the extension better? Are you talking about arms?
