Pretty decent. There's still lots of room for quick improvement because the limiting factor was my cardio, not muscle ups. I was resting 10-15 seconds between snatch sets (all 6+4) and between movements. Muscle ups were 3, singles, singles, 2+1. I should have just done singles from the beginning to save my grip and my lungs. Round times were 0:59, 1:39, 1:45, 1:53 and 43 seconds for the last 10 snatches.
