Spent some time working on my hips. Probably should've worked on my quads. Easy bodybuilding upper body Tuesday then minimum two full off days. 2-4 off days before my next squat session. 385x2+ is the goal but I may just hit it for a couple singles or up second set to 395.

Kind of in a rush already. Want to hit 405 with a full deload week then get back to the volume work

Fellow belt squatting bro. I must be the biggest dumb **** of all time. I have access to jerk blocks, dip belts, multiple chains and I still can't figure out how to set this up without:
1. chaffing my legs
2. racking my balls
3. having the plates turn and twist.

Please halp as I need j00cier quads.

Best set up I used was hanging the dip belt off a regular belt that's worn loose. And use KBs if you have. If not then you can shorten the chain to try and have the plates move less. Just adjust the clip

My weight was down to 185 this morning. Been in and outta the hospital since last weekend so no pound of pasta nights like before. Everything good re: hospital though which is what matters most

Monday off day but so damn hot at home with no AC. Chances are I'll be in the gym 5-7x a week smh good bye strength for now. In the past my FS has been 90% of my HBBS so gonna give it its own day and try to get to at least 85

Actually did 5x5 with 275 and 5 triples with SLDL. Didn't fix my notepad before copy pasting.

A random goal I have now is 275x10 x5. I don't mind working with lower percentages for the time being with squats

My triceps are getting stronger (for rope pushdown anyway). Using 30lbs more than I started with. Same with facepulls. Idk if it's beneficial really but it's sets of 15+ so...

Gotta stop benching heavy. I hardly ever have a spotter though. At least I didn't slap on 315. Close to my goal of 20 reps ����

Have I ever suggested invisible board presses? Those would be good for pec rehab if you dont have real boards or spotters. Just bring the weight down to about a 2 or a 3 board (3 - 4.5") off the chest, stop and press.
