My triceps are getting stronger (for rope pushdown anyway). Using 30lbs more than I started with. Same with facepulls. Idk if it's beneficial really but it's sets of 15+ so...
Gotta stop benching heavy. I hardly ever have a spotter though. At least I didn't slap on 315. Close to my goal of 20 reps
