I banged the hell out of my quad doing cleans with eleiko bar and there was a hematoma on it and now a few days later a giant bruise

Probably taking off until Monday or Tuesday so I did lots of extras. I think it was easier to incline 225x5x5 than it was to wide grip it today smh.

Still think I will make some gains down the road with this grip. Keeps my tricep healthy and seems to not bother my pec.

Think I got irritated when I tried because the high handles felt way too hard with little weight. The next day was when I got 275 for fives on squats.
