Weasel — Maybe not. I believe it's knee coming out in a straight line which would project over the big toe of that foot.

I'm having a hard time of finding an image of this searching. Everything is either knees in or knees out or not a good angle.

Usually this isn't defined so I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people mean slightly different things for knees neutral (e.g. some may thing it's when the knee travels over the middle toe, or pinky toe or something else).

Ok, thats why i always get confused when you talk about knees out or in or whatever. It doesnt mean where the knees are in relation to the actual foot, it means the knees should be inline with the angle of the foot. So the more the foot is angled, the more the knees are going to have to be out to be in line with the angle of the foot.

Weasel — So we're in agreement? I mean, if the foot is angled then the knee would still travel at that angle over the actual foot, right?

Anyway, I'm somewhat confused now. I basically agree and thought when I say that dude squat his knees were in. But I watched a couple more times and b/c his stance is so narrow (and angle of feet is very narrow) and he goes down so little and is a manlet I feel I can't see the angle his knees are moving at well.

But, whatever, just trying to answer Monte's question, I don't really care . Actually, I kind of do, b/c I wish I could find a compelling reason to squat with my knees in for life safely. But I certainly haven't ever been convinced of that.

Just low bar 350 for a squat pr and it was easy but on the bottom of the rep and way up there was this pain right to tge left of my tail bone.. It was closer to sharp than dull so I'm not trying 365 even if I'd get it. Irritating

lmao.. hey, I can squat just as much as I bench now. I honestly felt like 365 was going down if I had a chance. I brought my belt and didn't even use it for squats, but it felt like I had to change my setup for deadlift, which is why I went stiff leg.

1200+ total is happening this year.. 1100 should be a lock at the April meet and it would come with a possible lolamerican bench record if at 148. all the USPA bench records from 148-198 are held by hawaii lifters.. dope.

I don't think it's ever been higher than my bench. I benched 315x1 and 275x8 way before I started squats lol.. good thing it's way easier to squat 407 than it is to bench 350.

op, my friends are visiting your tropical island hell hole you begrudgingly call home. As far as I can tell so far all they have done is eat brazilian street food, peanut butter m&ms and spam.

They owe me a favour and I generally redeem these favours in the form of scotch whiskey. However I am willing to broaden my horizons (for example, last time I took a japanese whiskey). Are there any liquors native/popular/traditional to your tropical island hell hole i should order?

I would prefer something I can drink straight, but it's not mandatory.
