i shouldn't have bought this bed last year. i went in and out of like 30+ beds, ONLY 3 ARE FIRM. should have taken it more seriously. 1 of the 3 wasn't even firm at all. the 2nd one was the one i got but had to return it bc it was way too soft after like 3 weeks. the one i have now is the firmest one but its a POS. you wonder why 97% of beds in there are soft and loose. 97% of america are over weight 35-40% BF. no wonder they need soft beds. its honestly embarrassing. people like me who are somewhat lean and fit, you need a firmer bed. u need it to support those muscles and bones, not sink in a shietty soft bed. my lower back is so messed up now. it hurts even more as i am not lifting and getting more sleep due to this pandemic.

i am not a goal setter. people will argue that is a bad mindset. you know what is a bad mind set? JUDGING PEOPLE BY HOW THEY WANT TO ACHIEVE THINGS ON THEIR OWN. goal setting is bs to me. this is why i never tested maxes my first 3-4 years lifting. i didn't say i want to bench X or squat X. no. i keep making gains and let the goals come to me. I DO NOT CHASE.

same goes for women and fashion and my shoes. i remember like 10 year ago i went to see a movie by myself. i come home and my sister asked where i was. i said the movies. she asked who i was with. i said myself. she laughed at me. i looked at her like wtf?? that is the ultimate confidence. doing stuff on your own. even going to movies or bars by yourself. AMS states this in one of his videos. that is the highest alpha trait you can have.

for women i simply do not care for being desired by women. i think of them as shoes. im a size 10 for AJ1. say someone was selling a size 9 AJ1 OFF-WHITE UNC. those are easily $1.5k shoes. id love to have them and its in my colorway. BUT THE SIZE IS OFF. WHY WOULD I WANT IT/HER? IT WON'T WORK OUT.

fashion i dont know. everything is out there and is boring. these days everyone is dressing like a facking ninja and calling it 'streetwear'. just wear what you want. but for pants you better have a good fit before i blast you. nothing tilts me more than a wrong fitting pair of denim/pants.
