I've never downloaded the app. You can see looking at mine that I've never made a post or uploaded a pic, so it was ridiculous to ever think that anyone could connect me with you. I use a 2% cashback card for things like that so I can't get scammed. Also lets me buy things I may not have cash on hand for, which is nice. (I now carry either 20 or 50eur on me in case my wallet gets lost or something.)

Pretty sure kids will have it nicer than you did as a child due to technological advancement and the general betterment of society.

I share frowntown's worry about your pet. I don't really expect much out of you, but I'm worried that you're gonna be a bad pet owner. Luckily it appears you did pay the money to those milleniums (?) to get some weird shampoo for your doggo. So that is nice.

I don't really know what to say. I find it worrying you idealize a life that is basically mine. (You don't really want that. Gambling for a living is a cuck game. Get a jerb like a normie.) You have a lot of anger at the world and feel like it owes you something, but you take a lazy path through life without ever really sitting down and thinking about what you want out of life or who you want to be. If you genuinely want to be an ABP who cornholes retired sex workers OTR, you can probably do that. If you want to read books written on a HS level, you can probably manage that as well. yeah, i laugh all the time now at the idiots sitting at a poker table every time ABPxLoco happens and i walk by the tables. 40% BODY FAT overweight smelly dudes sitting in a circle with stacks of chips trying to cooler each other, while killing their health eating nothing but unhealthy casino food and beer. that's all it is really. they have absolutely no life outside of the casino. i say this bc this is what i used to be. all glory to god i saw the light and met EV years before my lifting journey, and he has guided me with his macro/lifting coaching early on my career.

Skip the first minute. Those are pin presses off the chest. You literally did shoulder press the day before pin presses.

Lol the guy in that video is mike tuscherer. He’s the one who wrote this program and “monte’s program”. Sometimes instead of chest level, it will say mid range pin press, which means you set the pins a few inches above your chest and work the lockout and overload triceps while giving your pecs/shoulders some rest. Instead of doing RPElf again, you should try the original RPE intermediate program. I like it better than RPElf. Here’s the link: http://forum.reactivetrainingsystems...age=4#comments

my 1rm is a 100lbs and change more than yours, but I still wouldn't want to do this DL workout. Looks absolutely brutal. Amazed you got anything done afterword. great job in the gym, abp.


When's the powerlifting meet debut though? I mean that is the only reason one should ever train in this style...

If he wants to powerlift, then there is absolutely nothing wrong with the way he's training. But if he's trying to get huge and shredded and has no plans of entering a powerlifting meet (or just trying to maximize his total absent a meet, which is cool too) and you guys write this kind of training for him, you are obviously being disingenuous ideological paternalistic f4ggots deliberately misleading somebody who doesn't know any better.

Moving your 10rm barbell row from 155->185 will do a lot more for a physique than moving your 5rm dl from 390 to 450.

But of course 2p2 has NEVER been guilty of trying to convince people who want to get bigger and more aesthetically appealing muscles to train like drug tested powerlifters....right?

love it. i got the big Project ABP. some days after work i am tired and no motivation. weak AF, but what must be done must be done. i see too many idiots in the gym doing some BS routine, its laughable. they take selfies and talk non-stop with their g/f and friends with some BS GymShark apparel. its pathetic and embarassing. why even come to the gym? stay at home. also its a waste of everyones time. people are waiting for machines to use.
