kind of messed up the workout today
squat 3x5 335 - put the wrong plate on the end, meant to do a 10lb jump...at least this is still below where I reset from

bench 3x5 165

chinups 2x5 1x3 52 lbs assist - I think I need to majorly reset these, I think I need to take them higher. I think part of my trouble with them is that I don't feel like I should need 80lbs of assistance to do chinups

switch to advanced novice going fairly well, going to try to do powercleans for the first time in a long time wednesday...

power cleans 5x3 65 - just learning how to do these, seem to be going ok though

chinups 6,5,6 88lbs assist
was supposed to do unweighted to failure today, but I just realized that I need to get my head over the bar, so I underestimated the amount of assist I need to do a reasonable number of reps

I couldn't get the vid in a format to post, but the guy who took it is the school weight trainer and he said the form was good, so I'm probably not going to post another vid up.

After a long break, another workout:
squat 2x7 275
press 1x5 2x4 110
deadlift 1x5 365

a little rusty, but good thing it was a light day on the squat to ease back into it

Maybe, we were talking **** about guys some guys we see with high squats, so he might know whats up. I like to think that my college doesnt use some random guy that doesnt know **** to train their athletes, but who knows.

workout yesterday
squat 3x5 345
bench 3x5 175
pullups 3x5 82 lbs assist

felt good for this one, though I had a slow bar on the bench. going down to 2.5 lb increments on squat, bench, and press next workout. feels good to be done with the reset and getting ready to set some prs again.

Wow, I've really dropped the ball on this log. I've been traveling a fair amount so its been hard to keep a regular schedule for the last couple of months. I think I'll be able to lift regularly for a while, so here's this weeks workouts:
monday:
squat 3x5 355
bench 3x5 185
power clean 3x5 115 - think I'm finally getting these

wednesday
squat 2x7 275
press 3x5 115
