I think weasel's program would wreck me.

At the moment, I suppose my focus should be weight loss.

Just tell me how many days a week you want to work out, what you want to focus on and what equipment you have and i could lay out like an over view or something to see if you would want to try something.

I could do 4-5 days.

I have access to a squat stand, barbell, pull up bar, 80# kb, 35# kb, 20# dbs, and c2 rower. No bench.

My focus? I dunno, I guess health, aesthetics, and strength in that order.

I'm running it for the 2nd time and its fun as ****. I get to work on technique, squat volume, and get swole. I add a 5th day of things I want to work on i.e. press, DB snatching, or sled work.

After a hiatus, I decided to give Day 1 of the Predator Cycle a try.

I was tired after all those sets and last two didn't go so great. Wrist and elbow didn't feel awesome either.

Squat

Was going to try 185x 10, 8, 8, 6, 6. After the second rep, back felt not so awesome, so I quit.

Curls/pushups superset:

2x5 ab wheel

I did 9 pull ups the other day. WR at current level of fatness.

4 rounds of 20 seconds on/10 off of 80# KBS. About 10-12 swings per round.

Then I did 5 or 6 more sets of swings in 20 second intervals resting about a minute or two between efforts. Didn't keep track, but probably close to 100 swings total.

Some pull ups too.
