The 205 wasn't really all that close to my head. But yeh, kinda terrifying which is why I have trouble committing on a PR snatch attempt like that. I just need to pull the **** out of the bar and commit like a man. I can always dump it behind.

C&J I noticed the t-spine rounding. It's not good, but fairly atypical as I normally pull with a flat back. This is one of the reasons I video. I never would've noticed that. Gotta keep it in mind.

I think I got 4 1/2 rounds? Dunno, lost count. I did it because fake fake busto challenged me. He won. I did the first round inside of a minute and it was very easy. I was just muscle snatching everything and the double unders weren't bad at all. The remaining 9 minutes reminded me that my conditioning could use some improvement.

In that case, enjoy and look into the downtown napa tasting card. One of the best values ever IMO. $20 for the card and it gives you 2-8 free tastes at about 14 wine shops all within walking distance of each other in downtown napa. Amazing alternative to very expensive winery tours. Also, check out buttercream bakery for insanely delicious old school American diner/breakfast food, great place to lay a base for drinking wine the rest of the day. Hog island oysters in napa and also at the ferry building in SF has some of the best oysters I've ever eaten and they usually do a daily $1/oyster happy hour. Enjoy!

1 minute plank

This was just plain awful. I'm pretty sure last time I tried this, I got mid 70s? I was probably a couple pounds lighter though and better conditioned.

Going to Bouchon now to eat all the calories.

ETA: Just checked my log. Last time I did 2x5 minutes of burpees was 7/27/13 and I got 67, 62, so basically about the same.

Yup. Daylight savings, time change, and about 5 hours of sleep. I'm exhausted, so I'm just happy I even made it to the gym.

Dunno if SF has one. I went to the restaurant in Yountville which was very delicious. I also went (twice) to the Bouchon bakery which is right next door to the restaurant and got donuts, monkey bread, macaroons, croissants, and brownies. It was all many calories and vvvv good. I regret nothing.

It's not on my radar at the moment because I'm pretty busy (not the bad kinda busy, but busy nonetheless) with some life stuff. I do want to do one eventually though. Hopefully when things normalize for me, I will look into it further.

This is day 2 of my squat program. This was easy and this week was easy, but it's going to get a lot harder. Hoping to add 5% to my squat at the end of the 6 week program if I can survive it.

I took video. I dunno if there is some butt wink, maybe a little. The bar is also quite uneven on my back with the right side significantly lower than the left. I've always had that issue and don't know why or how to fix it.

A baby PR. I pulled 405 on August 27. I feel like I don't know how to do a conventional deadlift since I haven't done it in so long. My hips seem kinda high to me.
