I shouldve put in my post that he went to the jury for an overturn after that and got 2-1 for a good squat. But when you go to the jury you need a unanimous decision to overturn the original decision so it was still no squat.

I could see maybeee the judge in his left having an argument.

Wow what the ****. I've seen some judges give some questionable red lights, but that's just absurd

yeah, that was deeper than breaking parallel for sure. USAPL sucks. Not just for this, but for lots of other reasons too.

Would love an actual side view, as he does appear to have lowbar not really as deep as it seems syndrome. He seems high on all reps here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRByMhJRnGU

yeah, now that you mention this, I know some judges are influenced by what they have seen in the past by a lifter. If they've seen the guy squat high before, a lot of them will have a biased view of what he does after that.

Sickening. Not arching like Aidan/halfslant either. Real. Beyond sickening.

sick. That's even more impressive than the 123 lb gal I saw who pulled a WR 454.

I just googled him and 325 is apparently not his PR. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zim8sMpaD90

Cha,

The highest i saw was 625 but this was in 2010 so he might have a higher one that i missed. He went 975/625/600 in the meet i found lol. I think he was the first guy to "squat" 1000 raw. Here is his 1000lb squat

ETA: Looks like his best competition bench is 635
