I'm just wondering whose got one of these and what do they think?

I've got one but have only used it occassionally for a bit of fun. You certainly feel something when it gets going and the site seems to think thye do do you good.

Any opinions?

Haven't been impressed by them. Not strong enough in the range where you have much power and sometimes too strong in the range of movement of your wrist that is vulnerable to being overstressed.

If you want a really strong wrist, go to a hardware store and buy an 8 pound sledgehammer for 10 to 20 bucks. Do levering work with it. Slowly and carefully.
