Just ate 24 ounces in 12 minutes, not in a rush or anything either. Used to this **** after RFL, I'd have times where I ate 2 pounds of canned tuna and hot sauce as a meal.

Why am I not interested in commenting on other ppls logs? Bcuz im trying to build a portfolio with ppl who are interested in working with a trainer.
Why do I believe my advice is relevant/good? Because I've worked my way up to a 7x body weight powerlifting total without the use of any trainer or nutritional coach.

its something that i incorporate into most of my lifts. using heavier weights than normal i do a partial rep without the full range of motion to get my body adjusted to the new weight. then in the next sessions i can adjust the range of motion to be able to do more full and correct reps

Since this is the Personal Training thread, I've been curious. What is the process like to become a trainer and what's the job like (hours and all)? Pay?

you can become a personal trainer thru a bunch of different certification courses ranging from $100 online courses to $1500+ live courses. You make your own hours ofc and pay depends heavily on where you live and what type of training a particular client needs. normally between 25 and 60 a session

He has a light sensitivity condition iirc and bright gym lights trigger it.

couldnt find any squat vids to post. nothing exciting tho, my best squat is 275 so def my weakest lift.
and yes youre correct, my eyes are very light sensitive. can hardly walk outside during the day without them, and fluorescent lighting sucks too

Can you coach yourself to put on some weight?

You troll, but physical appearance is a big factor for non-specialized trainers in a normal gym setting.

Anything woman related. I had the over 30 boxercise milfalicious "can you help with my form, I'll pay?" bid locked in since I was 15. Unfortunately for OP I don't think his light sensitivity with the sunglasses issue will play out well.

IWINULOSETHX,

So you weigh 136? To me it looked like a 275 bench, 405 dl and 275 squat. Is that correct?

G4S - personal training ldo. That's the whole point of this thread I assume - to help you realize you need to ask for help in your quest to 7xbw. Asking for help is always the first step bro.
