A previously banned guy that had been trolling a moderator in another forum called him fat, among other abusive comments, in said moderator's log using another burner account. Said mod PM'd me and informed me of the situation, asked me what SOP for this sort of thing was in H&F, and said he'd ban him himself if I didn't feel comfortable doing so, based on said poster's body of work in another forum. I appreciated him explaining the situation, and felt perfectly fine banning the guy and deleting the offending posts from said moderator's log.

I've long since forgotten the user name of either involved party, but the STING of someone actually exercising even a scintilla of pseudo-authority is like mayo to the loc-huahua, so he brings it up constantly to troll me (and probably also because he thinks calling people fat is his raison d'etre, so he feels a certain kinship with whoever's been wronged by having been censored by Nazi mods or censored by PLOKJ to stop growing at 5'7" or what have you).

No, it's not that. It's more of concern for the environment thing. Cloth diapers are reusable, whereas disposable diapers generate more waste and generally end up in a landfill (hopefully -- I suppose there are even worse outcomes).

Any bros use pullovers in their training? Reading too much john meadows and thinking I may be missing out not including this.

I've started doing cable pullovers. Who knows if it's helping. One of the better mind-muscle connections for me for the lats for sure, though.

I did pullovers (db) for the first time about 2 weeks ago, and am planning to do some tonight. I felt like there were about 20 different muscles I could use to get the weight from point A to point B depending on slight variations in technique.

I had 9 babies and we just had them poop into the baby tree.

They're these things. Pull out the liner, wash both things, a biodegradeable liner gets chucked out with each one. We got given a bunch from my sister-in-law who went gung-ho but quickly gave up. My wife has persevered so far.
