Well, yeah. I mean, obviously everyone involved really loves the rich and powerful (particularly the Clintons) enough that no one would say anything to jeopardize this mission to protect their reputation.

The problem with most government-related conspiracy theories is that it requires that everyone involved has to be on the same page and stay on that same page. This one is, of course, different since no one has even the slightest dislike for the particular rich and powerful who are affected and would happily lie for them.
