On June 28th 2017, I benched a top single at 120. The previous bench session I did 9x95. I then didn't bench again until December 15th, 2017 and was able to put up 102 for a tough single. After about a month of benching 1x per week I was able to do a triple at 100.
There are some confounding factors though since my programming isn't strictly squat/dl and I am actually doing overhead work which keeps the shoulders strong and stable with jerks, snatch, push press, and OHP. But I'm one of the few in this forum that goes months without benching, so it's at least an anecdote point.
