For all intensive purposes, literally the exact same thing.

The difference is very subtle. The difference is that when a kiwi gets drunk and bashes someone on the street, they get sent to an island penal colony in the south pacific, whereas the bogan is a decedent of someone who has already been sent to an island penal colony in the south pacific and can now get drunk on the street and bash people with relative impunity.

I was listening to a podcast about tindr pickup lines and one of the favorites was "hey ****head, would you like me to bum you?"

I know tindr isn't a real thing any more, it's like a christian singles app now, but you could try that out somewhere else or in real life if thats's something you like to participate in

I assume the results are due to properly confusing the body with the mix of high intensity/volume. Well-known by the BBer community for decades. Scientists always lag behind.

Results would probably be even more superior if you alternated intensity/volume between upper and lower.

I don't really bench because weightlifting is lyfe.

On June 28th 2017, I benched a top single at 120. The previous bench session I did 9x95. I then didn't bench again until December 15th, 2017 and was able to put up 102 for a tough single. After about a month of benching 1x per week I was able to do a triple at 100.

There are some confounding factors though since my programming isn't strictly squat/dl and I am actually doing overhead work which keeps the shoulders strong and stable with jerks, snatch, push press, and OHP. But I'm one of the few in this forum that goes months without benching, so it's at least an anecdote point.

Do they get to still be a bro and do all the accessories like flyes and dips and pushups they just can't do bench press or bench-press like movements (that includes chest press machines)?

The science nerd in me would be interested in EMG's see how much shifted away from the pecs since they don't get engaged in overhead work in the manner "necessary" for forward pressing chest movements.

Nah just squats and deadlifts. I guess they can clean too.

I suspect not much, given a few caveats (like they press).

I essentially never benched during my competitive career, dedicating my pressing time to push press and strict press. I could still lay down and bench 405+ at any given time during that period of about 10-15 years.
