So his cooking is pretty ****, but lol at attempting to eat with a dude who weighs 400+. Glad he's fan of the rice. I feel that. Glad he's got the food scale. Weird food bowls look pretty nasty tho.
By meal 3. Ground ribeye and rice looks pretty ****ing nasty by now. Can we not add some teriyaki sauce and skip on whatever juice they're drinking or whatever?!?
Meal 4: Some real hope if we just kinda reshaped this meal. Runny yolks with rice and medium rare ribeye seems amazing, but what he made is... Not quite.
At this point I want to ask myself how many ****s you need to take per day for 10k calories.

Regardless of the exact specifics of how much he consumes (its like morbidly obese settling in between 500-800, its obscene). I'm kinda shocked on how well rounded his macros are for just "base" meals. OTOH I find this really weird. And I'm sure if I saw what G4S or Emoken ate on the reg, I'd prob kill myself want to sub out orange juice for sweet and sour sauce.
Who knows.
