10' X 10' can be adequate depending on how you set it up and what type of rack/bench you use. If you are able to, find 2 sheets of plywood and lay them down side by side (lengthwise). That would make an 8' X 8' area. In that space I have my rack and weights in the picture below. If you have a movable (think squat stands)/collapsible rack and a place you can move the bike/rower while using the weights it could be doable.

If he had a movable/collapsible rack, it may work IF he has a spot to temporarily move the bike and rower into during the lifting session (move the car out of the garage to the driveway for a bit).

Flank Steak is the best strength food ever. ****ing delicious, very filling, awesome macronutrient profile you can easily work into a bulking or cutting phase, pairs well with almost every carb source, quick and very easy to cook, and you guys living in USA#1 can get it for about 4-8$ per pound depending on where you live.

Been back in the USA for a short visit and eating it several times a day. Just a super simple marinade of flank steak, lime juice, garlic, and a bit of powdered chipotle pepper.

In china the availability is super limited/expensive and the vast majority of the places only sell cuts of beef that are suitable for stewing only.

How do you make couple friends in your 30's?

I assume everyone has friends from college, work, whatever and their partners or spouses become friends with your partner/spouse and by default you have couples friends. But, how do you make friends with couples you meet randomly where everyone hits it off?

Code3 and I met an awesome couple last night doing an escape room and we met another couple we liked before doing something else where you randomly get put with people, but it seems so weird to try to exchange numbers or something and ask strangers if they want to plan to do it again together.

I mean, it seems like you've basically already done the heavy lifting of going to the escape room thing in the first place.

You're never going to see these people again, so who cares if it's a little weird to ask them to be friends? "It's so hard to meet people these days but you guys are a lot of fun, yadda, yadda, yadda." Maybe just ask if they're on Facebook?

Escape Room is pretty awesome. They're all over the place in China. Never seen one in Arizona or North Carolina.
