I mean, if it were really unlimited, I could easily put down 4k in a day. Double bacon cheeseburger hold the bread... I could do 5 or 6 of those in a day... that's just the beginning. Would I though? I dunno.
ETA: Double baconator w/ no bun is apparently only 750 cals. I dunno, 4k is a lot, 10k is a ton

Yesterday I watched bear grylls tie a live reindeers head to a tree, slit it's throat and drink the blood that flowed out. I don't give a **** if he sleeps in hotels at night after that.

Reason: 10k? That's a lot of blood
I mean if I were told "unlimited protein/fat -> weight loss" then I'd probably go 4+ lbs of steak a day plus a very hefty amount of bacon + cheese. I think that'd probably be about 6k.
Yea touche. Maybe steak is the wrong thing. Maybe I'd only eat 4-5k, who knows. I think my main point is still in there though.
But when I go out to a meal at a bbq place and I struggle to keep it under 2-3k cals (with no carbs too, unless you count broccoli, which I think makes it even harder to get cals), I gotta wonder what would happen if I ate there for all 3 (sometimes 4) of my meals...
if you aren't sure, you haven't. my high this year is honestly probably 6k. i could do 10k, yeah, but it would not be a normal day by any stretch. it would require effort. i seriously question spenda having done it multiple times this year. it's the kind of statement that requires video proof imo.
slight tangent: today i ate one meal of ~2-2.5k. dieting ftw.
I wonder how much ice cream I could eat in a day before I didn't enjoy it. I can put down a half gal in one sitting without even thinking about it, that's 2k calories right there.
I could prob do that twice in one day and 3 racks of ribs + regular soda would be well over 10k.
It seems to stress the importance of RESTING on top of a painful spot and not rolling over it. In the case of the IT band for example, I haven't been rolling all the way from hip to knee in one movement or anything, but I haven't really been staying still on the painful spots, just kind of rolling slowly back and forth over them. What are your guys' thoughts on this?

This. When I was on my dreamer bulk I ate 4700 calories one day (weighing 152lbs) and I thought I was going to explode. Couldn't imagine eating twice that for a small housecat sized male.

Starrett says to roll along the pipe. So like you roll up the pipe, then horizontally for a bit, where the pipe is still but your muscle is rolling along it then move down and rinse repeat. It definitely hurts more, I'm not aware of any RCTs on foam roll efficacy though.
One jumbo (52oz) bag of peanut M&Ms is like 7500 calories... could easily kill that during a day on top of normal foods. 10k is easy if you take out the keto stipulation imo (though of course far from normal).
