What kind of frequency can I do cardio without it severely interfering with my progression in lower body lifts?

A link to a cardio program that works around 3x a week lifting would be nice.
just do sprints a few times a week - either do them on off days or after you lift

Sc2 nerds: Did anyone stay up late and catch the Code A GSL matches last night? I nominate SangHo vs Xigua as the worst televised series ever. It's like both were desperately trying to lose the match. And if Morrow couldn't beat some Korean kid who just turned 14 I don't see any hope for non-korean players doing well in the GSL anymore. Every single one failed this season. Idra, Huk, Xigua, Macsed, and Morrow.

Also ladder season 6 started today. Anyone actually going to be playing? I was very active in season 5 and played around 500 ladder matches over the 8 weeks. Was pretty close to the grandmaster cutoff at one point sitting around 1150 but tanked to like 950 at the end of the season. 7 or 8 I'll get it...

IDK, there's a huge maturity gap between 13-14 and 16. Maru turned 14 a couple months ago I just realized though. But I'm pretty sure Leenock has been living in the FXO practice house for several months and Maru is still young and lives with the family.

Still, Maru's realllly low ranked and Morrow still lost to him. Doesn't say anything good about non korean chances in the GSL.
