Obviously ribeye is super awesome, but in sandwich form at some point you're going to get a bite that is all fat and it's gonna be too much. If you're eating it in steak form with a knife and fork you can distribute the big fat chunks over a couple of bites of meat to even it all out.

Also the ribeye is by my favorite steak by a mile, so personally I wouldn't ever cover it in cheese, or any sauce, because its flavor is awesome enough on its own.

I will likely try that recipe with top round though.

Just oven roasted six chicken legs with some EVOO, salt, and pepper.

Something satisfying about eating with your hands off the bone while dieting. I give credit to the velocity diet guy for the idea.

WTF I gained 2-3lbs and I'm getting weaker :\
squatted 260 one day, failed 265 next visit, tried 250 today and failed.
also couldn't even lift 245 deadlift, which i successfully did last time - tried 225 and only could get 2.

I'm not sick or anything that I'm aware of.
I bought a digiorno pizza and a full gallon of milk, going to work on that now.
