Just look up the micro nutrients of every fruit and vegetable and choose the best ones to hit your exact micronutrient goals, get daily bloodwork to ensure you're not getting to little or too much of anything and constantly think about it throughout your day.

Also if food A has better nutrients than food B only eat food A. What kind of sucker would eat food with worse nutrients? BRB writing a book about it.

OP,

let me know when they invent a vegetable that tastes as yummy as a cripps pink apple to snack on. Or mangos. Or pineapples.

Parroting a derp and then deflecting any criticism of your own stupidity saying you're just a copy/pasta wizard is the lowest form of trolling.

Beyond this you clearly have no ability to look through the evidence, so you are really just looking for a new guru to counter your current guru. Without the skills to have a discussion you're unable to participate in one. (That applies to most of the people who post here, but whatever.)

I dunno. Seems weird.

Whoa I've never heard of a book author demonizing an entire food category! This is new. Please elaborate. Surely we will all learn something! etc.

Be this guy, let's call him Mikefive.

Mikefive just chilling and working jube as janitor at prestigious U he couldn't get into bc minority from the south and lol schools in the south.

Suddenly a math problem on a chalkboard appears. Mikefive solves it!

Mikefive tells a guy at the bar, "Parroting a derp and then deflecting any criticism of your own stupidity saying you're just a copy/pasta wizard is the lowest form of trolling. Beyond this you clearly have no ability to look through the evidence, so you are really just looking for a new guru to counter your current guru. Mikefive further adjusts his fedora and mumbles... "Bbblbhhhhem that applies to most of the people who post here, but whatever." or at least something that sounds like that. Mikefive might be crying. Nobody knows what exactly is going on.

However, guy at receiving end of this scathing (!) remark goes to prestigious U so he just calls his dad in the State Department and Mikefive is instadeported to Estonia and banned from his own log. Very sad and Mikefive gets a 125cc motorbike and rides to powerclean practice and home and is not really sad but not really happy, either. The end.

Thread was almost worth it due to BB's post. Fully worth it due to DT's post.

whotf is david gillespie and why are you starting threads around his ridiculous opinion?

just eat whatever the hell you want and do your own study on yourself. as already stated, this is paralysis by analysis, overinformation, mental fap. 1000 years ago if you saw an orange on a tree you're gonna naturally try to eat it, end of story
