You're a real hero Ebro

I guess you can estimate what you don't eat and subtract the fat macros. The macros in my db for rib eye are very fatty. That 2175/138 I threw out earlier has 175 fat along with it.
Me too usually ... just had some pork ribs that were just too much tho. Had to bail on some of the sweetness.

Same cut. Ribeye is a steak, prime rib is cooked as a roast and carved after cooking.

Trim cap to 1/4". Eat all the fat. All of it.

Yeah, we got locked down, guy with an assault rifle guarding our building for a while. Likely a hoax, but somewhat hairy for some of the day. Thanks for keeping me in mind!

Watch some inspirational TED videos imo. They change my life for the better. Do it.

This is confusing on so many levels.

Evo,
It's clear that you are seriously unhappy. Take a step back from everything and take a real break. Go backpacking in SEA, go hike the Appalachian Trail, go get a job bartending in a tropical location. If your backup plan is enlisting or going for a phd, none of those things are going anywhere anytime soon. Do something that changes things up for you and gives you a real shot at getting out of this rut.

Anyone in bitcoins or the like? I set up my two computers that I can't take with me to mine litecoins on works dime, already up to ~$1 in internet cryptomanies. These computers are too crap to mine bitcoins though.

its definitely not "must watch" tv, but if you have a day to kill, watching 10 hours of excessive violence and sex is not a bad way to spend it.

so many good drinking games too

every time a roman loses their noggin - drink
every time a roman does a back flip - drink
every time somebody says jupiter's c0ck, or something about god's ramming their dicks into someone's ass - drink

if i know anything about mining stuff on the internet, it's that you're probably better off hiring a pack of chinese kids to do it for you.

Unless you are using machines with a ton of extremely high end GPUs, or a custom FPGA, you're probably consuming more $ in power bills than you're generating in bitcoins.

And actually even if you are doing the above you probably aren't breaking even.

The way the algorithm is set up, it gets increasingly harder to generate new coins as time goes on. Go back in time and make some 2 years ago.

not paying for power or internet is the only thing making it worthwhile, obviously.
