Remember that week I cut?

I've been putting in some work with pushups at home. Just gonna do em on bench days..did 5 sets of 10 (I know, vid to prove I can do that many or it didnt happen). Will try and do 5x15 on Sat, and keep ramping up 5 each set.

Meh. 10x285 was quite hard today, and I only hit 5 @345. Didn't eat much, my dimichele is getting the best of me. Tweaked my shoulder so I got a 15 minute massage @ the table and fml I need more of that.

Saw stars during 365 and busted a sweat. Only had 40 min so not too disappointed but my numbers are going down. The sacrifices I make to get told that I have the flattest stomach ever by overweight fat ladies sweating their dads in my 2/5 game.

After 5 minutes catching my breath and some painful pressure in my head I decided that I had to call it early, 3 10 rep sets short. Form was good and real wim on multiple reps so I'm happy.
