you look way too vertical and your knees go too far forward. it's probably why you wobble. sit back.

not really sure what the green line is since we're on a slight angle, but it's there.

Was going to say exactly this.

And if we want to get nitty, straighten your wrists or this will hurt when the weight gets heavier.

The wrist position is exactly what I saw Snitch. I also thought in lowbar you are supposed to have your thumb over the bar, not around it? I can't tell if they are gripping the bar or over it. Not 100% sure since I do high bar. Might want to check the SS forum to see what Rip says abou it.

Yeah, I couldn't really see his thumbs. But yes, rip says thumbs on top for lowbar squat.

Wow thanks for all the help guys, that vid is awesome. I think I'm going to work on my form more between workouts as it looks like I do the leaning forward thing without any weight at all.

So I've got my form in alot better shape, I appreciate all the help. I'm finding the squats easier anhd think I won't struggle to add weight like I have in the past. Where I'm at now:

Squat: 3x5x135
Bench: 3x5x130
Chinups: down to 40 pounds on the assisted machine
Press: 3x5x85 (only got 3 reps at 90)
Dead Lift: 1x5x170 (going to drop down in weight to work on my form with this since I can only lift through my glutes and legs on the warmups, and on my work set I'm lifting with my lower back)

Btw, I've found the cognitive benefits of working out in general to be a bigger aid with poker than I would have guessed. Because of this I want to get in as many days a week with some kind of exercise as possible. Do you think this schedule is that bad?

Monday: SS
Tuesday: 15m run / 10m walk
Wednesday: SS
Thurs: 15m run / 10m walk
Friday: SS
Sat: rest
Sun: 15m run / 10m walk

Because the runs aren't that long it shouldn't be that big of a problem in terms of stopping my muscles from repairing on my off days right?
