You're tired. It's fine. I was speaking more about you knowing you were not at @9 so you added weight.

11/24: ????

W3D2

A
DL (x3 @9, drop 5% until @9): wu, 350x1 (8.5), 315x3, 330x3, 340x3 (9), 325x3 (9)

B
CG Bench (x6 @9, drop 5% until @9): wu, 245x1 (8), 180x6, 190x6, 200x6, 210x6 (9), 200x6

C
Squat (x5 @8, continue until @9): wu, 275x1 (7.5), 225x5, 235x5, 245x5x3

Still sick. DL still feels like I have form issues. Squats felt like a house. Bench went alright, though.

That is good. Good work. 265+ @8 work sets soon

I feel like it was doable non-fatigued; I did multiple 255x6 work sets last week, and probably could/should have made it 265. So hard to summon the WIM after DL though.

BPA,

No doubt.

11/27: ????

Eating a lot. Drinking a lot. Last day of the extended Philly sports weekend, as we're going to the Sixers/Cavs game.

W3D3

A
Paused Squat (x4 @9, drop 5% until @9): wu, 305x1 (8), 255x4, 270x4, 285x4 (9), 275x4 (9)

B
TNG Bench (x12 @10, drop 5% until @9): wu, 265x1 (8.5), 150x12, 160x12, 175x12, 190x12 (9.5), 180x12

C
Push Press (x7 @8, continue until @9): wu, 115x7x4

Close to healthy now, and felt good. Squat weights were pretty consistently +20 lbs across the board compared to my last paused squat session a few weeks ago, and probably up in comparison to my regular sessions last week. Might have had 195x12 in bench, but wanted to make sure I got all 12 reps. 265 single was solid. First time push pressing in forever was k.

Judging by the belt tightness, I'm probably in the 19x range, where 1<x<5. Assuredly some fakeLBM from the hedonism. All still k.

Cavs have won 7 straight and seem to have their act together, so no.

The Eagles were just bad, and never really intentionally tanked. They traded up from 13 to 2 to get Wentz.

That said, I am a devoted #Process acolyte, so it is what it is. Hinkie truly did die for our sins.

Your take is irrelevant considering you're likely a bandwagon fan of some sort.

11/29: 190.4

Not bad, I guess?

W3D4

A
SGRP (x6 @9, drop 5% until @9): wu, 345x1 (7.5), 265x6, 275x6, 295x6, 315x6 (9), 300x6

B
SS Bench (x6 @9, drop 5% until @9): wu, 285x1 (7.5), 215x6, 225x6, 235x6, 245x6 (9), 235x6

C
NG Chins (x7 @8, continue until @9): wu, 7xbw, 7xbw+10, 3x7xbw+15

As per a discussion with fakeb, I may change the snatch grip exercise from rack pulls (which is at about mid-shin) to pulling off a single plate since I have more issues off the floor. These felt good, though.

Slingshot went well. Might have had 255x6 if I'd really pushed, but I'm not totally comfortable with the movement yet. Was technically supposed to be close grip, but didn't want to mess with hand position until I'm a bit more experienced with the variant.

Elbows felt good enough to chin, but no real stamina left.

Killing it

Which one of us would crush loco harder? Open to either challenging him, but not both. Don't want either of us to wipe the floor with sloppy seconds

Danke. And your wise counsel is much appreciated, my liege.

Re: sonning loco, to what are you referring? A lat off, or just general physical fitness? The answer is probably obviously you for either, but maybe after I complete a few cycles of this program that may change.

Well I have nothing left to prove and have already won against him if you do nothing more than look at my oldest, worst pics. So I was kindly offering you the opportunity to use your non mod powers against him

Ha ha. Montecore? Good one. His squat is getting solid but my upperbody is closer to the THING while he is closer to machinist.jpeg.

You said it yourself. You are as delusional about your appearance as MLYLT once was, but on the other end of the spectrum.

True but damn, I sure am a happy person and I am thankful for my delusion.

Coincidentally all three of us row and pullup about the same. That workout Monte just logged is close to what I am currently doing for chins. And I know Monte rows/benches 100s too. So what does a lat off prove? Superior genes?

Obviously this all started with thremp asking for a lat off when he saw a modest morning picture of me. I said sure and he then wanted to risk 10k. That's the point of my lat off request vs fakeb, I was pointing fun at betting outrageous numbers to avoid real confrontations. A classic keyboard move that thremp has also used in the sportsbetting forum.

I am fighting snitch at 80kg for zero dollars!!! I am traveling to Australia or Brazil to make it happen. I have zero boxing experience!!! I am the polar opposite of thremp.

loco,

I can run 5x5xbw+45 quite comfortably when fresh, fwiw.

I'm not particularly interested in a lat off, just amused that you constantly, and oftentimes as a complete non sequitur, act as your own hype man.

Re: thremp's betting amount, who's to say he wasn't serious? It's less than one BTC, after all!

FakeB; what's the deal with Snatch Grip Rack Pulls? Doesn't that just wind up being the same as a regular deadlift? But weirder?

Back is far more upright. And even off the ground a plate or so, you have to get far lower to initiate the pull than with conventional. Nice carryover.
