I'm still 3lbs off of what I think I should be this morning....ugh

I wasn't trying to angleshoot. I was trying to start off the bet with an accurate morning weigh in. Then after everyone said I was angleshooting, I brought up the fact that we didn't agree on a weigh in time and it would be within the agreement (not the spirit) of the bet to use my heavier weigh in.

Anyway, I'm more frustrated right now that I'm still weighing in over 232( June 1st starting weight). I really don't want to log a month of gains. I've got to get my **** together and get focused!

Maybe you shouldn't have poured all the food and drink into your gaping maw yesterday?

Looks like I'm up ~6lbs on you currently. Congrats. About as everyone expected.

ETA: What you are admitting to "Not in the spirit of the bet" is what I explicitly laid out in "gentleman's agreement". So what you're doing is exactly what angle shooting is. It is not against the specific rules, because that would require writing a tome of jackassery, but trying to exploit any unwritten rule for an edge. I even asked you if doing cheatery stuff like cutting water weight would be acceptable, which you declined, yet here you are QQing about the fact you sucked down infinite food/drink yesterday while I consumed literally 18 calories (plus whatever cals the lemon in my water added) while grinding out hours of cardio.

I am doing this mostly to show you how hopeless and utterly pathetic your efforts at "weight loss" are. You are dishonest with other people for sure, but the bigger issue is that you're dishonest with yourself.

Monte,
I have a lot of boneless chicken breast I'm going to cook tonight.
What recipe do you suggest I try?

My niece (5) and nephew (7) are staying the night with my daughter, and it will be fun to have them all helping in the kitchen. I need a good, semi healthy dessert that they can all have fun mixing up.

Sounds like they are at that age where dish soap will surely ruin your dinner. If you end up at McDonald's, you have legit excuse!

She hasn't.

https://theseamanmom.com/strawberry-...ottage-cheese/

Easy enough to make it with 6 year olds, looks good in glasses, kids can get creative by putting cereals of their choice in it.

But M..... So many things about what you write don't compute in my head to a consistent picture. One of those is cooking. Every time I cook I have rather to many ideas what cool thing I could do. With internet at your finger tips.....It doesn't compute in my head that you seriously ask here for what you could cook.

Thanks Lapka!

I don't know why I can't just look up recipes online. It's like it's just too much information and I can't make a decision or something. I'll browse for an hour and still have no idea what I'm going to make. It's the same with shopping for anything, there's just too many dang options. I'll spend 2 hrs browsing shampoos and then just give up and go get the one I always use.
I'll be shopping for curtains and an area rug today, and I already feel bad for code3 as he will have to follow me around half of the day until I make a decision.

How did you settle on sausage biscuits with (extra) grape jelly?
07-02-2017 , 11:43 AM
That's weird, because people have been telling you exactly what to eat for a year and you always seem to make a different/worse decision without much deliberation.

I don't get this.
It really pisses me off when you and others say this. I am so many miles ahead of where I was a year ago.
Is it because I haven't lost 150lbs and instead I've only lost 70lbs in the year since I've started my log?
Again, this is not my 500lb life and I haven't had gastric bypass surgery.
This is factually wrong. lets call your current BW 231. You started at 287 13 months ago. That's 56 lbs in 11 months, which is fine, it's just not 70.

More graphs

Left side since you started logging, right side year to date

So you have been loosing weight slower this year than last year.

Your claimed goal is 175

Using you overall weight loss per day you will reach goal in 800 days.

Using your to date loss per day you will reach goal in 1050 days.

So either you need to do something different, or you need to adjust your goal

PS. someone explain me the rules of the prop bet, thremp went full thremp on we when I asked earlier.

Those graphs are way off.

She weighed in at 233.7 this morning. That is around ~25% off for this year.

Just used this number, a lot of numbers where thrown around.

231 or 233,7... its more or less same same.

The point still stands.

I see your overall point. But if we're going to the trouble of putting equations on graphs, why not go all the way?

Or maybe just end it at the 235.x from yesterday, that is like a lbs a month. If she can maintain that deficit. I think she'll flatline at 190 in like 7 years.
07-02-2017 , 01:17 PM
She won't ever get under 190 without losing a leg
07-02-2017 , 01:31 PM
How long til her skin gets flabby and she loses weight from old age? Might need to consider that into the graphs.

Morbidly obese people don't get old. They die.

You claimed to have weighed in around 230 for a week in late December. You claimed to be 235 this weekend, 6 months later.

I think we need additional fake lawyers to adjudicate over MLYLT's fake weigh ins. Maybe even a fake supreme court.

Also...Umpa Lumpas...Umpa Lumpas would keep things fair in just, as in most matters.
